The channels of RTL Hungary scored nicely in February too

More viewers chose RTL Klub and, on the group level, the channels of RTL Hungary in February in the 18–49 commercial target group, in prime time. Out of the 20 most viewed programmes, 18 were episodes of Keresztanyu (The Godmother) and two were Híradó, the news programme of RTL Klub. A Tanár (The Teacher) 3 and Apatigris (Tiger Dad) 2 both proved their worth as the favourites of viewers: they won their slot every time, and so RTL Klub claimed Saturday and Sunday nights in February among the 18–49 main demo group.

On the group level, RTL Hungary also leads the viewership ratings in the key target group in prime time.

Of the 7 cable channels of RTL Hungary, in February, among the 18–49 demo, in prime time:

  • in the first two months of 2021, Cool steadily maintained its 2020 annual average performance of 3.2% in viewership. Thanks to the re-run of A mi kis falunk (Our Little Village), which is currently its most popular show, the channel scored an average of 6.5% in February in the 7 p.m. slot on weekdays, meaning 87,400 viewers on average.
  • RTLII could even grow in the first two months of 2021 compared to its 2020 performance, as it reached an average share of 3% up to 28 February (2020 prime time average: 2.7%). The main scheduled episodes of ValóVilág10 scored an average of 5.2% in February, with an average of 61 thousand viewers, while the whole series could also reach 5.2% after 106 episodes, with 72,100 thousand viewers on average.
  • True Crime contents which run on RTL+ has also increased, with the average of the 9–11 p.m. (weekday) slot going from 0.3% in January to 0.6% in February 2021.
